Precautions for the use of China Gate Valve
1. For the manual door of the thermal system, it should be tightened again after half an hour after the operation is completed to eliminate the valve gap caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
2. For thermal pipelines with primary and secondary doors, the valve operation sequence is: when opening, the door should be opened first, then the second door; when closing, the second door should be closed first, and then the door should be closed again.
3. For the operation of the gate valve, it can only be fully closed or fully open, and half open and half closed are not allowed to reduce blow damage to the valve.
Precautions in valve management
1. Before starting the unit, carry out the test of each electric and pneumatic valve. During the test, a special person should monitor the movement of the valve and baffle on the spot, check that the actuator connecting rod and pin should not be loose, bend or fall off, and check the DCS The opening indication should be consistent with the local indication, and the electric door with intermediate stop should be tested for normal intermediate stop. Adjust the door switch in the correct direction and move flexibly. Those with interlock circuits should conduct interlock tests with relevant professionals. The pneumatic adjustment device should be flexible and free of air leakage and abnormal phenomena. If an abnormality occurs during the test, the test should be stopped and notified in time. Maintenance personnel handle it.
2. Each time the unit is started, the corresponding operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the "Operation Ticket". Each drain gate should be inspected and closed according to regulations. After each drain gate is closed 6 hours (within 10 hours), there will be a temperature indicator behind the drain gate. If there is no internal leakage of the valve, it should be judged according to the analysis of the pipe temperature indication behind the valve. If there is no temperature indication behind the drain gate, use an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the pipe wall before and after the valve or use the feel to judge whether the valve has internal leakage. If the electric or pneumatic valve leaks internally, the drain electric door or the manual isolation door in front of the pneumatic door should be closed. For drain electric or pneumatic doors without manual isolation door, if the internal leakage is large, the electric door should be manually closed. 3. Before each unit shutdown, a comprehensive inspection of valve defects (leakage) should be carried out, the leaking valve should be registered and the relevant maintenance department should be notified.
4. During the process of opening, stopping or draining water under pressure, after the drain (drain) gate is opened, check whether there is temperature behind the valve or throttle (trap) to ensure that it can drain (drain) the water and prevent Corrosion caused by water accumulation in heating pipes caused by clogging of valves or pipes or orifices (traps).
